2oz Wonderful Kiwi

1oz Chiyotsuru Double Crane

1/2oz lime juice 

Shake with ice

Strain into rocks or collins glass

Top with Soda

1.5oz agricole rhum

1/2oz lime juice

1 barspoon rich simple

Shake with ice, strain and serve up
