Yuzu Martini
1.5oz gin or aquavit
1.5oz Wonderful Yuzu & Ume
Stir with ice, strain and serve in a martini glass with a lemon peel or olive

1.5oz bourbon

1/2 Amaretto
Stir with ice and strain onto a big ice cube
