Made with four different, locally grown rice, this is all about featuring the super high quality of Niigata grown rice. You won’t get any fruity aromas at all. Just layer upon layer of rice flavor. It’s incredibly beautiful and a perfect testament to the farmer’s hard work.

Yeast Rice: Gohyakumangoku grown by Iwamuro Sake Rice Association

Soe Rice: Kame-no-O grown by Sora no Terasu

Naka Rice: Koshihikari grown by Tetsuya Yamada

Tome Rice: Koshitanrei grown by Akio Suzuki

Try not to drink it too cold as you really won’t get all the flavors. Cold suppresses savory and that’s the fun here.

While a relatively young brewery being only founded in 1899, 90% of their sake is drank right in Niigata so you know this is legit, locals approved. They also do all the polishing of their rice.
