A series of bottles all brewed in the same style, but using different rice varieties to highlight the craftsmanship and terroir of the local extra hard water used in the brewing process. All bottles are Muroka Nama Genshu Nakadori.
The “Iwanoi Muroka Namazake” series is an unfiltered undiluted sake made from freshly squeezed “Nakagumi” which is the most delicious sake. Immediately store the bottled one in a minus refrigerator.
