Brewed using white koji that generates citric acid to create a refreshing, summery acidity. The aroma is all about the Meyer lemon and tangerine. So juicy! You might get some fresh bamboo shoot undertones. The palate feels sweet and rich with young pear and peach, though it’s actually rather dry. A blockbuster!
