About
The pride of the brewery, this is what locals in Hachimentai, Iwate drink after a long day of work or skiing. The name references a poem about sitting in a north facing window with your three friends of music, poetry and sake. An excerpt:
when you play music, your heart will be satisfied
when you recite a poem, your body will relax
and sake fills the gaps
Serving

Brewery
Founded in 1829, the name of comes from the foot of Mt. Iwate, where the Great Eagle soars. The “Eagle’s Tail” refers to the pure snow melt used for brewing. As spring arrives, the residual snow on the top of Mt. Iwate looks like the eagle’s wings and tail.
