An incredible value, this might be the only junmai daiginjo nama in 300ml. A refreshing pineapple sweetness and rich umami from Tottori grown rice weave together like music offering both elegance and satisfying depth. The fresh, vibrant aroma is reminiscent of muscat grapes. Aging at -5°C smoothes the edges.  

Serve cool in a white wine glass. Pairs beautifully with delicate dishes, especially those featuring fresh seafood.

Takata brewing was founded in 1907 near the San-in Coast National Park in Tottori. The strata are made of granite formed by ancient sea shells deposits. The rain and snow of Chugoku mountain range becomes subsoil water, filtered through sand layers taking hundreds of years, which springs out as mineral rich brewing water.

The current chief brewer Shu Yamamoto blends Tajima and Izumo brewing traditions.
